I work with a range of clients in individual settings. My practice should certainly provide you with a safe place where you can talk openly about your pain and problems.
However, life does not take place in a practice, but at home, at work, etc. Therefore, it can also make sense to hold a session at your home in your usual environment. I am also happy to accompany you to your workplace or to office.
And if you cannot leave home for various reasons, I also offer online sessions as part of an overall program.
All services are available in German and English.

Everyone knows these days that smoking is harmful and is responsible for many serious diseases. Nevertheless, quitting smoking is an almost insurmountable hurdle. I know what I'm talking about myself. But don't let that put you off. Even if it is difficult and sometimes requires several attempts, with your motivation, self-love and a little patience it is possible to quit smoking and we can find a way out of nicotine addiction for you too.

For many of the issues mentioned, meditation can be an extremely helpful and scientifically recognized way to gain more mindfulness for yourself and your life. Especially for chronic pain, meditation is a very effective accompanying method that you can do yourself and almost at any time.
However, I know from my own experience and from many clients that it can be difficult, especially at the beginning, to "just sit there". What do you do with all the thoughts that won't calm down? I have been practicing meditation for many years and can support you in learning this helpful and side-effect-free "self-therapy" through guided and non-guided meditations.
